O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, in consider the Form VI-A application of the petitioner for mutation of her name in the revenue records, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that the application of the petitioner was already rejected on 04.04.2016, and the petitioner has not challenged the same. In view of the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the rejection order dated 04.04.2016. Accordingly, the writ petitioner is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
