Sri P.Subhash, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri M.Rajender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that, in view of the subsequent proceedings of the Agricultural Market Committee, Gaddiannaram, Hyderabad, in A.M.C(G)/Legal Section/2012 dated 25.06.2012, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
