THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY PETITION No. 7 OF 2017 O R D E R:

This is the Petition seeking winding up of the respondent company on the ground that the latter had failed to pay the admitted dues to the tune of Rs.6,17,040-26 ps. for the supplies made by the petitioner company.

The Company Petition is at the stage of issuing notice to the respondent. However, in the light of the subsequent developments, particularly after issuance of Notification G.S.R.No.1119(E), dated 07.12.2016, all the Company Petitions relating to winding up of the companies registered under the Companies Act, 1956 (now repealed), where notices have not been served on the respondent (s), stand transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal Bench having territorial jurisdiction for adjudication.

In those circumstances, the Registry to transfer the case papers to the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench to take further steps in accordance with law. _____________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 11th July 2019 ksld
