THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.37882 of 2016 ORDER :
Apprehending that the petitioners are sought to be dispossessed from the properties owned by them without following the due process of law by the Corporation, this writ petition is filed.

Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that the Corporation is in the process of widening the road and also taking up the drainage work. The Corporation is also in the process of negotiating with the property owners and if the property owners are not willing for negotiation for settlement, the Corporation would follow due process of law to acquire the properties. 3.
Having regard to the said statement of learned Standing Counsel, no further orders are required in this writ petition. 4.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
