HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK W.P.No.18297 OF 2010 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that aggrieved by the docket order dated 29.05.2010 passed by the A.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad, wherein the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has declined to entertain the appeal preferred by the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner has not deposited the prerequisite amount for entertaining the appeal. A perusal of the record discloses that this Court has not granted any interim order in the present case and since the writ petition pertains to 2010, due to efflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
