HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 127 of 2016 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the orders of this Court passed in WPMP No. 10888 of 2014 in WP No.7572 of 2014, dated 09.09.2015.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the petitioner belongs to Vellairpad Mandal of Khammam District, which is now transferred to the State of Andhra Pradesh, and he does not belong to Telangana State. In the circumstances, even if it is assumed that the order passed in pursuance of the interim orders is not correct, the petitioner cannot be accommodated by the Telangana Government. In view of the same, no further proceedings can be taken in the present Contempt Case. Hence, the Contempt Case is closed also on the ground that an order was passed pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court.

3. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. However, it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the present proceedings, if he is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
