HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA HYDERABAD MAIN CASE No.: Crl.P.Nos.688, 690 and 696 of 2024 PROCEEDING SHEET 16.02.2024 Dr.GRR, J I.A.Nos.1 of 2024 In Crl.P.Nos.688, 690 and 696 of 2024 (On being mentioned) These applications are filed by the petitioners to correct the name of the police station mentioned in paragraph No.4 (1) of the order dated 25.01.2024 in the above criminal petitions as "IO, CID Cyberabad" and also requested to extend the time for surrender.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bails to the petitioners - A14, A40, A42, A62, A69, A75, A78, A79 and A81 vide orders dated 25.01.2024 in Crl.P.Nos.688, 690 and 696 of 2024 of 2024 and inadvertently it was mentioned in the criminal petitions that bail to the satisfaction of the "SHO, PS Shankarpally" and accordingly, the same was mentioned in the orders dated 25.01.2024, and later, it came to the knowledge that it should be mentioned as "IO, CID Hyderabad", and requested to replace the same and also requested to extend the time for surrender in all the three bail orders.

Considering the above submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, it is directed that the operative

portion i.e. paragraph No.4(1) of the orders dated 25.01.2024 in Crl.P.Nos.688, 690 and 696 of 2024 should be replaced as:

"The petitioner / accused Nos.14, 40, 42, 62, 69, 75, 78, 79 and 81 are directed to surrender before the IO, CID, Cyberabad on or before 23.02.2024. Upon such surrender, the said Investigating Officer shall release the petitioners / accused Nos.14, 40, 42, 62, 69, 75, 78 79 and 81 on bail, on their executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each with one surety for a like sum each to his satisfaction."

Accordingly, I.A.Nos.1 of 2024 in Crl.P.Nos.688, 690 and 696 of 2024 are allowed.
