HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4155 of 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage the following order is passed. The investigation shall go on. However, the police of Khanapur PS, Adilabad District are directed not to arrest the petitioner/accused in Cr.No.41 of during the course of investigation.

Petitioner/accused shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
