It is stated by the learned counsel on both sides that the order dt.23-07-2015, whose violation is alleged in the Contempt Case, has since been modified by the Supreme Court in S.L.P.No.32484 of 2016 dt.23-01-2017.

Therefore, this Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy. No cost s. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
