ORDER

The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Cr.No.245 of 2015 of Miryalaguda I Town Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 465, 468, 471 IPC, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides and perused the material on record.

3. It is alleged that the petitioner/accused forged the signature of Project Director, MEPMA, Nalgonda District and misappropriated an amount of Rs.12,60,710/- by diverting the government funds.

4. Since the petitioner had misappropriated huge amount, custodial interrogation is necessary for recovery of the property. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
