HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CONTEMPT CASE No.2174 of 2016 ORDER: (oral) The present petition was listed pursuant to the office note that conditional order dated 23.01.2017 has not been complied with by the petitioner.

2. vide order dated 21.04.2017, the learned counsel for the petitioner had furnished receipt dated 20.04.2012 showing deposit of costs imposed by this Court vide order dated 23.01.2017 passed in C.A No.1017 of 2016 in C.C.No.2174 of 2016, and the same was taken on record.

3. In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the present case.

4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
