When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to agitate the issue before the competent civil Court and also wants to file an application under Section 14 of the Limitation Act seeking condonation of delay. In that view of the matter, permission is accorded. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
