THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION NO.26604 OF 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"... to declare the impugned order of the respondent, dated 30-09-2009 in R.No.3873/C12/2009 as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondent to issue Clearance Certificate in respect of the petitioner's Heavy Goods Vehicle (Tanker) bearing registration No.AP.04/U.2131 forthwith."

When the matter is called today, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that pursuant to the interim direction given by this Court on 14-12-2009, the request of the petitioner is considered and no further adjudication need be undertaken in this writ petition.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
