Peravelli Venkataramanaiah, v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.14158 of 2016 ORDER :
The petitioners' grievance is that respondents have not conducted any survey in spite of an application made to that effect by petitioners in the year 2012. 2.
The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana), appearing for respondents, states that if petitioners make a fresh application on payment of requisite fee to 5th respondent, the 5th respondent will depute a responsible survey official for conduct of survey after the petitioners pay requisite charges therefor. 3.
Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of directing petitioners to make a fresh application to 5th respondent seeking survey of the subject land by paying requisite fee, and if such application is filed the 5th respondent shall cause a survey made in respect of the subject land after issuing notice to all the affected parties within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said application from petitioners. No order as to costs.
4.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. __________________________________ JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO
