HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.12051 of 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in compelling the petitioners to attend the I-Town police station, Krishna District once in a week without any notice, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home submitted that no cases are pending against the petitioners and that the 2nd respondent never called the petitioners to the police station.
