Safia Shabana Begum Nizamabad Dist v. Prl Secy Revenue Dept Hyd And 10 Others
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.7719 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos1 to 5.
2.
Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has questioned before 3rd respondent, by way of Revision, the order dt.16-09-2014 passed by 4th respondent and 3rd respondent has not passed any orders in the said Revision even though the same has been pending for considerable time and is numbered as Revision No.D2/424/2016.
3.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 states that the Revision was preferred with some delay.
4. Be that as it may, since the Revision appears to have been filed by the petitioner in June 2015 and considerable time has lapsed sine then, 3rd respondent is directed to consider the said Revision filed by the petitioner challenging the order of 4th respondent dt.1609-2014 and pass orders thereon within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.
5.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if
any pending, shall stand closed.
