HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.Nos.1443 & 1447 of 2020 COMMON ORDER Heard Sri I.V.Radhakrishna Murthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Irrigation & CAD appearing for the respondents. Since the issue involved in both the writ petitions is one and the same, they are heard together and disposed of by way of this common order.

The petitioners claim to be the owners of an extent of Ac.2-00 guntas in Sy.No.340, Ac.0-06 guntas in Sy.No.356/A and Ac.2-00 guntas in Sy.No.357 situated at Janwada Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, by way of registered sale deeds and the revenue authorities have also mutated their names in the pattadar pass books. The grievance of the petitioners is that though they are absolute owners of the aforesaid extents of lands, the respondents are trying to dispossess them without following due process of law.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners contended that appropriate orders be passed in the writ petition directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners without following due process of law.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents contended that the respondents are conducting survey to fix FTL for Gandipet Lake and if the lands of the petitioners are coming within the FTL, appropriate action would be taken after following due process of law. Having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is of the view that both the writ petitions can be disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners without following due process of law.

Accordingly, both the Writ Petition are disposed of. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
