HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI M.A.C.M.A. No. 1483 of 2010 JUDGMENT:- On 16.08.2018, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant - Insurance Company, as such, the matter was adjourned to 26.09.2018 under the caption " for dismissal" . On 26.09.2018 also, no representation was made on the appellant's side, hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 28.09.2018 under the same caption. Even today, the learned counsel for the appellant is not present. It is, therefore, reasonable to presume that the appellant is not interested in pursing its cause in the appeal. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
