I.A.No.1 of 2026 (FOR BEING MENTIONED) This petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to post Crl.P.No.469 of 2026 under the caption of "For Being Mentioned" and delete the words in Para No.4 of the order i.e., "and subsequently released on bail". Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that due to oversight the words in Para No.4 of the order i.e., "and subsequently released on bail" were wrongly typed and the same are to be deleted.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

Office is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh copy.
