This Tr.C.M.P. is filed seeking transfer of F.C.O.P.No.868 of 2018 from the Family Court, City Civil Court at Hyderabad to the Family Court at Mahabubnagar.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for respondent.

It is stated by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition that she is resident of Devunipapadakal village, Thalakondapally Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, there is no person to accompany to her to travel to Hyderabad from her village, and that she is not a working woman and dependent on her parents. It is also stated that expenditure is involved for her traveling and for attending on the dates of hearing in the O.P. at Hyderabad. 4.

No counter-affidavit is filed opposing this petition. 5.

Having regard to the difficulty expressed by the petitioner, this Tr.C.M.P. is allowed, and F.C.O.P.No.868 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad is transferred to the Family Court at Mahabubnagar. NO costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
