This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not conducting survey of the lands in survey No.1063/AA/00, to an extent of Ac.2.37 guntas, situated at Ibrahimpatnam, Khalsa village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and demarcating and fixing the boundaries for the aforesaid lands of the petitioner basing on the F line application dt.08.12.2019 submitted by the petitioner. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the 'lis' in the writ petition is squarely covered by order dt.28.04.2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and batch.

The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above, and for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order dt.28.04.2016 passed in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and batch. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.

Office is to append a copy of the order dt.28.04.2016 in WP.No.4811 of 2011 ad batch to this order.
