This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.631 of 2018 of Pet Basheerabad Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 13.08.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject case, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed before the XXII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal on 14.06.2019. 4.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
