This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings in ROC No.SVU/ DDE/ Exams/ 2016 dated 24.08.2016 issued by respondents 2 and 3 as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is granted.
