O R D E R

This Contempt Case is filed alleging the violation of orders dated 07.03.2014 passed in W.P.M.P.No.5223 of 2014 in W.P.No.4230 of 2014 wherein this Court directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2013 as per law. A memo is filed by the respondents stating that in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court, the respondents have considered the representation of the petitioner and passed order on 08.12.2014, by virtue of which some of the amounts are paid to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that actual amounts due to the petitioner are not paid.

This Court only directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and the same is considered and order has been passed on 08.12.2014. As such, no contempt is committed by the respondents.

In view of the same, contempt case is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 08.12.2014, if so advised, in appropriate proceedings. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
