HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1481 of 2020 ORDER:
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in granting permission to the 4th respondent for construction of the civil works of compound wall, raising pillars in the petitioners land an extent of Ac.2-20 guntas under Sy.No.593/B/2 situated at Bheemaram Village, Hasanparthy Mandal, Warangal district is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to stop the construction made by the 4th respondent on the petitioners above lands."
Learned Standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent - Municipal Corporation, on instructions, submits that the 2nd respondent Corporation is conducting field inspection in Sy.No.593/B/2 and if any illegal or unauthorized constructions are found, appropriate action will be taken as per law.
In the light of the above said submission, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
