This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in C.C.No.954 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Miryalguda against the petitioners/accused Nos. 1 and 2 for the offences punishable under Sections 354-A(ii), 354, 506 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Sri.T.V.Ramana, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1/State is present. There is no representation on behalf of petitioners and respondent No.2. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed a copy of e-courts stating that the matter has already been settled before Lok-Adalat and the main case has disposed of by the trial Court on 10.08.2022. The same is taken on record.

In view of the above submission, since the very purpose of filing of this Criminal Petition has already been defeated, no purpose would survive to proceed with this Criminal Petition and the same has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
