THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY M.A.C.M.A.No.498 of 2017 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act assailing the judgment and decree dated 03.10.2016 passed in M.O.P.No.802 of 2012 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-Special Judge for trial of cases under S.Cs. and S.Ts. (POA) Act-cum-Additional District Judge, Vizianagaram. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
