THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.2240 of 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.25 of 2010 on the file of the Station House Officer, Central Crime Station, Hyderabad. At the time of hearing, Sri D.Purnachandra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite of several reminders the petitioner did not choose to contact him. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter for the reasons best known to her. No purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending. Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
