ORDER
Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for respondent No.1, Sri V. Narsimha Goud, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 and Sri G. Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4. 2.
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in initiating steps with regard to adjudging the correctness and validity of the layout approvals granted to the erstwhile owners of the subject land, who in turn, sold the same to the petitioner prior to its constitution and to declare the notice dated 19.01.2019 issued by the 3rd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary, and further to direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's land to an extent of Acs.4.33 gts in Sy.Nos.757, 758, 759, 760 and 761, situated at Rampalli Village, Keesara Mandal, Medchal, Malkajgiri District.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 has pointed out that as the petitioner challenges only the show cause notice dated 19.01.2019 issued by the 3rd respondent, he has to submit explanation by producing necessary documents with respect to the subject property and therefore, the writ petition may be disposed of as there is no need to keep it pending.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and as the petitioner was given seven days time to furnish the valid permission, by the impugned notice, he shall submit explanation referring to the facts and law and producing necessary documents, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and on receipt of the same, the respondents shall consider and pass necessary orders in accordance with law.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous application, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
