When the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4 placed before this Court, the proceedings, dated 31.10.2018, through which respondent No.1 has disposed of the appeal filed by the petitioner. A copy of the said proceedings has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In those circumstances, the writ petition has become infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed.
