No representation for the revision petitioners - plaintiffs. Even there is no representation for the respondents - defendants. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order, dated 07.08.2014, in CMA.No.9 of 2014 on the file of VII Additional District Judge, Bodhan, whereby and whereunder, the learned Additional District Judge allowed the appeal setting aside the order, dated 21.10.2013, in I.A.No.124 of 2013 in O.S.No.27 of 2013 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Banswada. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the suit itself was dismissed for default on 15.02.2018. Therefore, nothing survives in the present revision, unless the suit is restored to file.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in the revision, stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
