HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT APPEAL No. 57 of 2019 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice A. Rajasheker Reddy) This Writ Appeal is filed by respondent Nos.4 to 8 in Writ Petition No.40021 of 2018 against the order dated 20.12.2018 passed by the learned Single Judge in the said Writ Petition. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that against the order under appeal, respondent No.9 herein filed Writ Appeal No.15 of 2019 and that this Court after considering similar contentions elaborately dismissed the said Writ Appeal vide judgment, dated 28.01.2019. He placed before this Court a copy of the said judgment for perusal but said aspect could not be disputed by learned counsel for appellants.

A perusal of judgment in Writ Appeal No.15 of 2019 goes to show that this Court while considering the challenge to the impugned order at the instance of respondent No.9 in the Writ Petition, who is respondent No.5 in this Writ Appeal, recorded detailed reasons for dismissing the said Writ Appeal filed against the self same impugned order.

HCJ & ARR, J W.A.No.57 of 2019 In view of the above, we do not see any reason to entertain this Writ Appeal.

Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed.
