HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER APPEAL SUIT No.558 of 1998 JUDGMENT:

Though the appeal was posted under the caption "FOR ORDERS", there was no representation on either side on the last occasion i.e., on 31.03.2017. Same is the situation even today. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Accordingly, this Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
