HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Civil Revision Petition No.274 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard arguments of Sri A.Sudershan Reddy, learned senior counsel for Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Advocate General (TG) for Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TSRTC.

2) Both the learned counsel would submit that the CRP may be disposed of with a direction to the lower appellate Court to dispose of appeal within a time frame fixed by this Court in view of importance and urgency involved in the mater and till disposal of the appeal status quo may be ordered to be maintained by both the parties. 3) In view of above submission of both the counsel, this CRP is disposed of with a direction to the lower appellate Court to dispose of the appeal within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and till such time both the parties shall maintain status quo obtained as on today. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
