The petitioner-appellant filed I.A.No.1 of 2019 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw Second Appeal No.777 of 2015 with liberty to file a comprehensive suit against the respondents. I.A.No.1 of 2019 is allowed, as prayed for. Consequently, Second Appeal No.777 of 2015 is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
