THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.313 of 2014 ORDER:

This Transfer Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 407 Cr.P.C. seeking to withdraw CA No.248 of 2012 pending on the file of III Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kakinada, and transfer the same to the District Judge, Rajahmundry. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. No stay was granted by this Court earlier. Admittedly, the case pertains to the year 2014. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner at this length of time.

Accordingly, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J February 16, 2016.
