THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21557 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the third respondent in passing orders pursuant to the submission of explanation to the notice, dated 10.06.2017. The petitioner submitted his explanation through his counsel on 20.06.2017, to the notice, dated 10.06.2017, where it was alleged that the vehicle belonging to the petitioner was transporting sand illegally.

In view of the pendency of the explanation submitted by the petitioner before the third respondent, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition except directing the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the explanation submitted by the petitioner within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
