Mr. T. Lakshminarayana appearing for the petitioners states that the disobedience complained against the respondent is ex post facto to the filing of Contempt Case, is removed. Hence, he is not pressing the Contempt Case.

Accordingly, Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
