This petition is filed, by the petitioners, seeking for quash of the proceedings against him in Crime No.118 of 2013 on the file of Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad. The offences alleged are under Sections 380, 406, 414, 420, 506 r/ w 34 IPC.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the matter has been compromised before the Lok Adalat on 10.02.2018. 3.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that continuation of further proceedings against the petitioners would be an abuse of process of law.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is closed. Interim stay granted by this court on 27.08.2013 in this petition shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
