Ramachandra Rao) It is stated by Sri P. Hari Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the State Bank of India that the auction scheduled to take place on 09-01-2020 did not happen due to lack of bidders and that consequently I.A.No.93 of 2020 in S.A.No.10 of 2020 has become infructuous.

The fact that no auction is conducted by the respondent Bank on 09-01-2020 is not disputed by the learned counsel for petitioner. Therefore I.A.No.93 of 2020 in S.A.No.10 of 2020 itself has become infructuous and consequently the order dt.07-01-2020 passed in the said I.A. is set aside.

Granting liberty to the respondent to take further steps in the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
