HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20931 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondents.

2.

The petitioner is an operator of Mee-Seva/CSC centre running at I.Polavaram Village & Mandal, East Godavari District since 2011. While so, the third respondent issued a show cause notice dated 03.11.2014 to the petitioner and the petitioner submitted a reply on 12.11.2014. When the services of the petitioner were deactivated without passing any order, the present Writ Petition is filed.

3.

The learned Government Pleader, on the basis of instructions received from the third respondent, submits that the reply was received by the third respondent on 15.04.2015 and finalization of the action is under process. It is also submitted by the learned Government Pleader that due to the irregularities committed by the petitioner, Mee-seva services were stopped.

4. However, this Court cannot go into the merits of the case, but the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to pass final orders pursuant to the show cause notice dated 03.11.2014 to which the petitioner already submitted an explanation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. _______________________________ A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J
