HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA MAIN CASE: Crl.P.No.460 of 2026 PROCEEDING SHEET Sl.

ORDER

OFFICE NOTE 24.03.2026 SKS, J I.A.No.4 of 2026 This application is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 5 seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court vide order, dated 16.02.2026 in Crl.P.No.460 of 2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioners have been regularly appearing before the respondent authority as directed this Court and also submitted documents as sought for by the Investigating Officer. He further submits that petitioner Nos.1 to 3 are practicing Doctors and they frequently used to travel to abroad for conference and petitioner Nos.4 and 5 are spouses of petitioner Nos.1 and 2 respectively and hence, they seek to relax conditions imposed by this Court.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the same and would submit that if the petitioners leave the Country, there is every possibility to obstacle the investigation and hence, he prays to

dismiss the petition. However, he fairly submits that the petitioners are attending before the investigating authority as directed by this Court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration the submissions made by learned counsel for both the parties, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Investigation Authority as and when required, instead of every Monday. Further, if the petitioners intend to leave the Country, they shall obtain prior permission from the Investigating Officer.

With the above observations, this petition is disposed of.
