Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration for respondent No.1, before ordering notice to the unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 6, from the offer to appear by Sri Ch.Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 recorded, from the prayer in the writ petition complaining inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in permitting unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 6 in making constructions in the subject matter of the property covered by the plaint schedule in O.S.No.1166 of 2013 pending on the file of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, the writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the writ petitioner as plaintiff therein to ask for an interim order, if necessary in that suit against the unofficial respondents therein, not to make any construction or not to alienate, as the case may be, and if necessary by impleading the GHMC as a codefendant/co-respondent to the suit/injunction petition. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
