This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 4 for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No.800 of 2018 of Malkajgiri Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered for the offence punishable under Section 384 read with 34 I.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 4 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 4, having elaborately argued the matter, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
