CRIMINALAPPEAL NO. 599 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This Criminal Appeal is filed by the appellant/defacto complainant under section 378 of Cr.P.C., aggrieved by the judgment dated 15/2/2016 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 456 of 2015 by the Special Judge for Trial of Offences under SCs and STs [POA]-cum-VIAdditional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad, reversing the conviction and sentence passed by the Court of VII Special Magistrate, Hyderabad, in CC.No. 118 of 2014, dated 22/5/2015.

2. Sri C. Balagopal, learned counsel for the appellant/defacto complainant submits that the matter was settled outside the Court and seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Appeal.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
