Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4.

In view of the fact that as against the order impugned in the present writ petition, appeal lies under Rule 53 of the Telangana (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Rules, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appellate authority, within a period of 15 days from today. As and when such appeal is filed, the same shall be disposed of within a period of two weeks thereafter. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand disposed of.
