The case of the petitioner is that the 5th respondent filed appeal before the 3rd respondent in File No.A/897/2009 under the A.P.Rights in land and Pattadar Pas Books Act against the respondents 6 and 7 herein, seeking correction of entries in respect of the subject land and the 3rd respondent allowed the said appeal on 22.11.2013 cancelling the ROR proceedings of the 4th respondent in favour of respondents 6 and 7 and directed the 4th respondent to make necessary entries thereon. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner being the original owner of the said property filed an appeal against the 5th respondent before the 3rd respondent on 06.10.2014 in File No.A/966/2014 and the 3rd respondent passed order dated 03.08.2015 in File No.

A/966/2014, observing that the 3rd respondent herein cannot revise its own order and granted liberty to the petitioner to raise the issue before the appellate authority. The petitioner challenging the both the orders of the 3rd respondent has preferred a revision before the Joint Collector, Karimnagar which is numbered as Revision No.2314/2015. But, in view of the formation of the new district the said revision is transferred to the 2nd respondent herein and renumbered as Revision No.D1/83/2017. Meanwhile, the respondents 6 and 7 also filed revision before the Joint Collector, Karimnagar against the 5th respondent which is numbered as File No.

later transferred to the 2nd respondent herein and renumbered as in File No.D1/84/2017. The grievance of the petitioner is that since the revision filed by him as well as respondents 5 and 6 are against the same impugned order, the same can be disposed of together.

Heard both sides.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to verify and club both the revisions i.e. Revision in File No.D1/83/2017 (Old file No.D1/2314/2015) filed by the petitioner; and Revision in File No.D1/84/2017 (Old file No.D1/3737/2014) filed by the respondents 5 and 6 and dispose of after issuing notice to all the parties, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
