HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19687 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "to issue a writ or order, more particularly in the nature of a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders for the representation dated 9.10.2001 made by me and pass such further order or orders, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit...." Sri B.Narayana Reddy, the learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for respondents submits that the petitioner subsequently filed an appeal before the appellate Court against the dismissal order dated 05.07.2001 and the appeal is already disposed of. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
