HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.1741 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed assailing the inaction of the Tahsildar-4th respondent in considering the petitioner's application dated 19.09.2016 for conducting survey of property and fixing up the boundaries, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct 4th respondent to conduct a survey. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by Common Order dated 28.04.2016 in WP Nos.4811 of 2011 & batch and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Following the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of Common Order dated 28.04.2016 in W.P.Nos.4811 of 2011 & batch.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
