O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that she owns the subject land and was earlier issued with pattadar pass book, and consequent on the policy of the Government to issue new pattadar pass books, she made representation on 04.11.2019, but the 3rd respondent - Mandal Revenue Tashildar, Choutuppal Mandal, Yadhadri-Bhonagiri District, has not considered the said representation and issued new pattdar pass book. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

When the Government has taken a policy decision to issue new pattadar pass books in the place of old ones, it is not known why the 3rd respondent has not taken any action on the representation of the petitioner stated to have been made on 04.11.2019.

In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed the consider the representation of the petitioner stated to have been made on 04.11.2019, and take action in accordance with law for issuance of pattadar pass book in respect of the subject property, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
